An embodiment of youthful optimism and the next generation, Rassvet was launched in 2016 by Gosha Rubchinskiy and Tolia Titaev. Drawing inspiration from post-punk ideals, contemporary skate culture and from the post-Soviet world, Rassvet is an open-minded brand that continues to evolve and grow.
