At Flatspot, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused items in their original packaging. Whether it is a sizing issue or a change of heart, our streamlined process makes it easy to get back to your sport.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports equipment or apparel you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all tags attached, ensuring that hardware and technical gear are securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
